👥 Note:

In CRC, private camps are available for both children and adults. The system automatically applies the price for one child. If you wish to book for more than one child or an adult, please contact the office, and we will guide you through the transaction.

👉 Important:

These lessons are designed for children who do not require a specially trained Special Needs instructor.

If your child has been assessed as needing specialist sessions, such as Halliwick lessons, these classes may not be suitable. The instructors assigned to Weekly Private Camps are not trained to provide the level of support required for specific needs, and this is strictly due to Health & Safety regulations.

If a child is enrolled in these lessons and, before or during the session, the instructor determines that they cannot safely participate, the lesson will need to be stopped. In such cases, we will still have to charge for the session and apply the cancellation fee, as the spot was allocated. We want to ensure that every child receives the best possible care and instruction in a safe and supportive environment. Terms and Conditions:

Different T&Cs apply to Weekly Private Lessons Camp and Regular Private Lessons: If you or your child miss a class, makeup sessions are not available. However, if you know in advance that you can’t attend, you’re welcome to give the lesson to a sibling or relative. Otherwise, the class will be lost. Since these are private lessons, they can be used by anyone, and our teachers will tailor the session to the swimmer’s level.

Payment Options:

Customers with more than one child can pay in 2 installments. The first half is due on the day of booking, and the second half is required within 1 week before the term starts.

This offer is mainly tailored for beginners aged 4 years or older. For non-beginners or booking for more than one child, please contact the office.

Health Considerations:

Joining the classes by a child or an adult is synonymous with the lack of health contraindications and mental or physical disorders that may affect participation in group or individual swimming lessons. If there are any medical reasons, please contact the office before booking a place.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds for unfulfilled participant classes due to absence.
• In case of technical issues, missed classes will be rescheduled.
• iSwim Academy is not obligated to refund or transfer money for non-attendance. Cancellations 14 days before the course begins will incur a €30 administration charge.
