We’re Open on Sundays! New CRC Lessons Available – Book Now.

Great news!

We are thrilled to announce that due to high demand, we are opening an additional day of classes – Sundays

at the CRC Swimming Pool.

Classes will start from 1st February but feel free to join anytime!

Important Note:

• If your child is 5+ years old, confident in water, and a beginner, they can sign up directly (Frog Level).

• If your child is under 5 or has previous swimming experience, an assessment is required. You can book an assessment through our Parent Portal at www.iswim.ie or via the iClass Pro App.

Important Reminder:

If your child participated in an assessment, please remember their assigned level. You can check this in the assessment results on the iClass App or contact our office if you’re unsure.

Email Subscription Requirement

Yes, it is necessary. This is the only way the system will automatically send you payment notifications, class reminders, or cancellation alerts. Without it, you won’t receive any automated emails, and if you miss a payment deadline, your child’s spot will be automatically released to the waitlist and may be taken by another child, which is beyond our control.

Please ensure this setting is enabled! Keep in mind that this also includes promotional emails about new enrollments and offers—unfortunately, the system does not allow us to separate these notifications.

How Continuous Assessment Works at CRC

At CRC, we operate on a Continuous Assessment system. This allows for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of each child’s progress. Once a swimmer achieves all the required skills for the next level, the system will notify you, and you can book an available spot at the higher level.

Make-up classes – Never lose a lesson with iSwim! Mark your absence 24 hours in advance and receive a make-up token that can be used at any of iSwim’s 3 locations in Dublin!

Payment & Scheduling Details:

• Lesson Fee: €15 per class

• Payments: Monthly, in advance, for the number of sessions in that month

• Class Schedule: Available at https://iswim.ie/time-schedules/

• Cancellation Policy: One-month notice required

Additional Important Payment Info:

• A one-time registration/deposit fee of 30€ is required when signing up for classes. This deposit will be returned once you cancel your membership, provided all terms are met.

• All payments must be made by the 1st of the month before your lesson block starts.

For example, if your lessons begin on April 1st, the system will require you to pay for the monthly lessons plus the monthly deposit. On April 15th, you will receive an invoice to pay for May’s lessons. If payment is not received by the 1st of May your child will be removed from their lessons, your child’s spot will be automatically released to the waitlist and may be taken by another child, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Are there any sibling discounts?

• Yes! Each additional child receives a 10% discount.

Invoice Schedule & Billing Policy

Invoices

Invoices for any unpaid balances are sent out periodically throughout the month. Charges for the upcoming month are raised on the 15th of the current month.

Credit Card on File & Auto Billing

All families are required to keep a valid credit card on file and consent to automatic billing. This simplifies the payment process and reduces administrative follow-up.

Cancellations & Drops

If you wish to stop lessons, we require notice by the 15th of the previous month.

We’ve made the cancellation process simple and flexible so that you never feel locked in.

Mid-Month Enrolments

Families are welcome to join us at any time. If you enrol mid-month, you will only be charged for the remaining lessons that month, and your billing will align with the regular monthly cycle going forward.

3️. In the iClass Pro App under the NEWS Tab, you’ll find instructions on how to book group lessons online.

Waiting for Private Lesson Sign-Ups?

• Private lessons are sold in 9-14 week blocks.

• These sessions will take place before and after our group lessons.

• Keep an eye on our booking system—private lesson sign-ups are open as well.
