We want all swimmers to have a safe and positive experience in our classes. If you or your child has a medical condition, disability, or additional support need that may affect participation in group or individual swimming lessons, please let us know before booking so we can discuss how best to support you.
📄 Cancellation Policy
- No refunds for unfulfilled participant classes due to absence.
- In case of technical issues, missed classes will be rescheduled.
- iSwim Academy is not obligated to refund or transfer money for non-attendance. Cancellations 14 days before the course begins will incur a €30 administration charge.
